TERMS & CONDITIONS
In case you operate the boat, it is required that you are informed about its proper handling either one day in advance or one hour before your reservation time.
The boats are equipped with the necessary legal equipment as well as an instant position tracking system.
The boat is delivered to the lessee with a full tank of 25L and a reserve tank of 10L.
Upon your return, we refill both tanks in front of you.
During the delivery and receipt of the boat, its condition and equipment are checked by the lessee and the lessor.
Any damage caused by the lessee is fully covered by them.
In case of any problem during the boat’s operation, please contact us immediately.
The lessee and operator of the boat must be over 18 years old.
The use of alcohol by the boat’s operator is prohibited before and during the rental period.
RESERVATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the rental is canceled due to weather conditions, we offer you the option to reschedule your trip for another date. If the trip cannot be rescheduled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 30 days before the rental date, the deposit is fully refunded. If canceled up to 15 days before your rental date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date, you are not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
